Terms of Service

By signing up for an account, signing in with a third-party identity provider, or otherwise accessing SnapMyDeal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you are using SnapMyDeal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use SnapMyDeal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@snapmydeal.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

SnapMyDeal is an AI-assisted analysis tool for new-vehicle window stickers (Monroney labels). You upload a photo of the sticker; we use automated optical character recognition and large language models to extract vehicle data, estimate a fair purchase or lease price based on publicly available pricing inputs, and generate negotiation guidance. The output is informational only.

SnapMyDeal offers two paid options:

• Single-scan unlock — a one-time charge of $19.00 USD that unlocks the full analysis for one specific scan you have already performed.
• Unlimited subscription — a recurring charge of $24.99 USD per month that unlocks the full analysis for every scan on your account while the subscription is active.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information you authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

The Unlimited subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@snapmydeal.app. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and then ends. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Single-scan unlocks are non-refundable once the full analysis has been delivered to your account. The narrow exception is when our system was unable to extract meaningful vehicle data (for example, no vehicle was detected or the VIN could not be read). In that case, email support@snapmydeal.app within 7 days of purchase and we will review the scan and refund the charge if the failure is confirmed. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period and no prorated refund is issued. See the full Refund Policy for details.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the vehicle information extracted from them. We process this data to operate SnapMyDeal for you, to maintain and improve the service, and to comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated scan data at any time by emailing support@snapmydeal.app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

You agree not to: (a) use SnapMyDeal for anything illegal or fraudulent; (b) upload content that is not yours to upload or that infringes another party's rights; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service in a way that strains our infrastructure or evades our paywall; (d) resell, sublicense, or make the service available to third parties without our written consent; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the service or any user's use of it.

SnapMyDeal provides estimates and educational guidance based on the information visible on the window sticker and on third-party pricing data that may be incomplete or out of date. The analysis is informational only and is not financial advice, a binding price quote, an appraisal, an offer to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for any purchase, lease, or financing decision you make. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVL Developments LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of SnapMyDeal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using SnapMyDeal at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of SnapMyDeal after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and AVL Developments LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
