Refund Policy
Effective April 19, 2026
This policy explains when SnapMyDeal issues refunds. It applies to both single-scan unlocks and the Unlimited subscription.
1. Single-scan unlocks
A single-scan unlock is a one-time $19.00 USD purchase that unlocks the full analysis for one specific scan. Because the analysis is generated and delivered to your account immediately, single-scan unlocks are non-refundable once the full breakdown has been delivered.
2. Exception — failed extraction
The exception is when our system was unable to extract meaningful data from the sticker image you provided. Examples include: no vehicle was detected, the VIN could not be read, or the analysis returned an empty or clearly broken result. In those cases:
- Email support@snapmydeal.app within 7 days of the purchase from the email address on your account.
- Include your scan ID (visible in the URL of the results page) and a brief description of what went wrong.
- We will manually review the scan. If the failure is confirmed, we will refund the charge in full to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are not available for buyer's remorse, for changes in vehicle availability or pricing at a dealership, or because the analysis differed from a price you were quoted in person.
3. Unlimited subscription
The Unlimited plan is $24.99 USD per month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@snapmydeal.app.
- When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
- If you are charged after canceling because of a timing issue with the cancellation, contact us and we will refund the disputed charge.
4. Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact support@snapmydeal.app. In nearly every case we can resolve the issue faster directly. Filing a chargeback for a charge that does not qualify under this policy may result in your account being suspended.
